May 24th, 2013A while back I was asked to create an illustration for Bulletin Magazine in the Uk (RCSLT). The article was about Risk Feeding elderly patients who suffer from dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) and the research into the lengthy delays in Uk hospitals. It was fun to tackle my first medical subject – thank you to my many nurse friends who helped me understand the medical terms.

Earlier this year I got to work on creating this magnificent magical music machine for the talented guys at hum studios! Hum is a creative audio studio based in NZ – check out their amazing showreel! This illustration features on their website which is now LIVE!
I had so much fun drawing every musical element I could think of – topped by adding a mad audio scientist at the control panel and a monkey organ grinder… I have the best job!

‘The Shipping News’ – Idealog Magazine May/June 2013
The new Idealog Magazine is in stores now – I had the great privilege to work on six editorial illustrations to accompany columns on various subjects. The one pictured above called ‘The Shipping News’ by Rebekah White states the sustainability case for giant waterslides – making freight more efficient.
